On Tuesday the 7th of February 2023 you are again invited to attend one of our free webinars, this time about the current status of the Dutch tax rules for hybrid employment relationships, like many ZZPs.

During the last decade the landscape of the Dutch employment market has to a large extent been determined by an increasing number of independent contractors, or "ZZP" as they are generally referred to in Dutch. Nowadays doing business in the Netherlands can hardly be imagined without hiring ZZPs, either directly or through intermediaries.  Although Dutch tax law provides for a tolerance regime with strict guidelines for the fiscal acceptance of a ZZP relationship, the daily practice seems hardly bothered by the risks attached to these kind of hybrid employment relationships anymore, whilst the pressure on the authorities is increasing to enforce the tolerance regime.  During this webinar we will elaborate on the current status of the law, policies and case law  with regard to hybrid employment relationships and the way to manage the risks attached thereto.  More information can be found on the registration page for this session on our website.

During the webinar and afterwards there is an opportunity to ask questions. The webinar is given in the English language.
