We provide transparency about our fees and services: you have the right to know in advance what kind of services you may expect from us and how much you are going to pay for it. 

We tailor our services to the specific needs and wishes of our clients, which allows us to work for very competitive prices. We only deliver the product which you actually want, and you only pay us for what you actually get !    

The following fee arrangements are possible:

Hourly rate

We agree with you in advance that we will charge you for the work that you wish us to do on a time spent basis.

You will be provided with a fee quote for the work to be done in advance, which will include our standard Fee Schedule and our General Terms of Engagement. Only after you have accepted our fee quote, our engagement starts and fees can become due.   

Our hourly rates vary between € 65 and € 345 (excluding VAT). The applicable hourly rate depends on the experience required for the work.  

Our invoices always include a detailed specification of time spent. 

Fixed fee arrangement

Upon your request we can enter into a fixed fee arrangement for specifically defined services. This may for instance relate to tax compliance, advice on a specific case or legal opinions/second opinions.

For expatriate services and payroll services in most case fixed prices will apply, depending the scope and complexity of the work to be done and the required service level.

No cure no pay

For special projects we are under certain conditions prepared to work on no cure-no pay basis. 

This will usually relate to situations for which the fiscal factor is of crucial importance, like court procedures, tax ruling negotiations, or tax advice on financial transactions/investments.
