Our fees

We provide transparency about our fees and services: you have the right to know in advance what kind of services you may expect from us and how much you are going to pay for it.  We determine our remuneration in consultation with our client on a case-by-case basis.  Starting point is an hourly fee, but we often make special fee arrangements.

The following fee arrangements are possible:

Hourly rate

Our hourly rate varies between € 88 and € 280 (ex VAT), depending on the experience required for the work. 

For high volume projects and administrative services a discount is negotiable.  We can provide you in advance with a fee quote. 

We charge a mark up for office costs of 5%.

The hourly rate includes all costs, unless upon your request exceptional costs are to be made.  Our invoices always include a detailed specification of time spent. 

Fixed fee arrangement

Upon your request we can enter into a fixed fee arrangement for specifically defined services.  This may for instance relate to tax compliance, advice on a specific case or legal opinions/second opinions.

No cure no pay

For special projects we are under certain conditions prepared to work on no cure-no pay basis.   This will usually relate to situations for which the fiscal factor is of crucial importance, like court procedures, tax ruling negotiations, or tax advice on financial transactions/investments.
