Since May 1, 2022

Until April 2001 I worked in various technical, logistical and administrative positions. In May 2001 I started working as an personal income tax return officer at Meeuwsen Ten Hoopen in Bussum. In June 2006 I emigrated to St. Maarten and started working at PwC St. Maarten as a personal income tax and corporate income tax return officer and from there I was promoted to Head of the Compliance Department in 2008. As Head of the Compliance Department I was responsible for managing the tax return assistant(s), taking care of the complicated personal income tax and corporate income tax returns and taking care of correspondence with the tax authorities. In 2018, the office left the PwC network and joined the Grant Thornton network. In March 2022, as Head of the Compliance Department, I said goodbye to Grant Thornton and St. Maarten to return to the Netherlands, after which TAXci offered me the opportunity to further specialize as Compliance Manager in personal income tax and corporate income tax.
