Do you qualify for the 30% regulation? What is the impact of participating in a stock option plan or pension scheme? What happens if I decide to buy a house in the Netherlands? Who handles my tax registration and files my annual income tax return?
To encourage foreign investment certain foreign employees (special skills or experience are required) are eligible for a special tax incentive, known as 'the 30%-allowance regulation'. Under this regulation, effectively only 70% of income from employment is subject to Dutch taxation, while the remaining 30% can be paid as a tax-free allowance.
We can take care of the procedure to apply for the 30%-regulation, assist you with the application for work and residence permit, handle your tax registration and file your annual personal income tax return.
We offer a fixed fee arrangment for the preparation and filing of your, and your wife's/husband's, annual personal income tax return (as from € 250, plus VAT).
