To encourage foreign investment certain foreign employees (special skills or experience are required) are eligible for a special tax incentive, known as 'the 30%-allowance regulation'. Under this regulation, effectively only 70% of income from employment is subject to Dutch taxation, while the remaining 30% can be paid as a tax-free allowance.
We can take care of the procedure to apply for the 30%-allowance regulation and handle the tax registration and annual tax compliance.
